Before you start

Do engineers need to install anything?

No. They send voice notes and photos on WhatsApp, as they do today, to Pool's number.

Can Pool fill our client's existing report format?

Yes. Send us a blank format and three past filled reports. We set it up before your trial starts, usually within a day.

What if Pool gets something wrong?

Nothing goes to your client without your PM's approval. Pool never guesses: anything not said is marked and flagged, and during the trial our team also checks every report.

What if an engineer forgets to send an update?

Pool calls them at the time you choose and takes the report in a short conversation. If they don't answer, it tries once more and then tells the PM.

Which languages work?

English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, including notes that mix them. We test accuracy on your engineers' real voice notes during the trial.

Who can see our data?

Only the people you add. Engineers give consent before their voice notes are recorded, and your reports are never shared with anyone else.
